Every single day begins with the se urge of keeping her work perfect and ending it with some giggles spent with her friend.
On one evening as usual Ada goes to a cafeteria with her friend but gets a letter related to the information of her love. Sadly, with tears she went to the bridge with the ring alone and told herself looking towards the rings- it was too quick and she misses him.
After making herself consoled, she went to the work and while keeping the clothes in the owner’s room , something reflected through the mirror into her eyes. She turned and was adored to see a lavish lavender colored dress. She went towards it and her owner came praising about the divine piece of cloth. But when she entered the gates of Christian Dior, the staff denied to show her dresses. She threw the bundles of her savings on the table claiming that she could afford a dress of their brand. Till that a gentleman arrived and asked her to join him and watch the brand new collection. She found each and every dress beautifully designed and was fascinated by the collection. That’s where the story took Mrs. Ada towards the climax with adventures and drama.
Review – Lesley Manville is seen extremely coated up with the character of the story, Mrs. Ada Hariss. The story is based on the novel with same title written by Paul Gallico. The story promotes hope which shouldn’t die within a person. No matter if it was impossible for Mrs. Hariss to afford a Christian Dior dress but she has a hope that one day she will have it and work hard towards her dream. The dedication she had toward her work , her dream and the positivity she carried in her aura made the story more alluring. It’s surely a must watch.
