Lupin is a French fantasy adventure series created by George Kay and François Uzan that is premiered on Netflix on 8 January 2021. The show stars Omar Sy in the role of Assane Diop, a man who is inspired by the adventures of Arsène Lupin, a character created by Maurice Leblanc.

Omar Sy is a French actor and comedian. He is known for his sketches with Fred Testot and his roles in The Intouchables, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Jurassic World, Demain tout commence, and Transformers: The Last Knight. In 2012, Sy received the César Award for his role in The Intouchables, becoming the first recipient of sub-Saharan African descent to win the award.

The initial reviews suggest that the show puts a brim on the element of surprise. The character change of Assane is cosmetic when it comes to the center part of the story where life’s circumstances forces the protagonist (Assane played by Sy) to become a person of disguise who goes unnoticed but has defenote aims in his mind.

Sy’s natural charisma is boundless, and the character he played who is a thief out for justice, adds to his acceptance. Lupin from the novel doesn’t appear on the show, the literature work stands on its own and

People loved the thief who conducts heist for justice and it is predicted to be the next international hit of Netflix.
