Disney+ to develop Nick Fury Series with Samuel Jackson

The ultimate spy character from the Marvel Cinematic Universe is all set to visit the audience with a new Disney Plus series in development. Disney Plus has confirmed that they are developing a Nick Fury series with Samuel Jackson in the lead.

Samuel Jackson has already played Nick Fury’s role in MCU’s Avengers movie lineup. The show’s announcement wasn’t a surprise for viewers as Disney is set on developing several marvels shows which will be streamed through its streaming platforms.

Disney, so far, did not reveal the plot of the series but we are certain that it will be filled with actions packed storyline. Marvel Studios will produce the series with Kyle Bradstreet as a writer.

The character, Nick Fury has been in the Marvel universe since its first appearance in Iron Man and later appeared in Captain America and many MCU movies. Fury has also seen showing his back story form the younger times where he teamed up with Captain Marvel.

So, Nick Fury’s character has had a lot of gray shades as well as the mystery surrounding hi presence which surely could makes it a great idea to come up with its own series.
