All Quiet On The Western Front Is A Patriotic Content For Nominations Of Oscars 2023

Patriotism looks like a gem on the head, but it takes utmost heroism and guts to have that jewel on you.
All Quiet On Western Front is a movie dedicating it’s storyline to all those warriors who challenged the consequences in a war and went blind in the love of their motherland.
The story begins with the quote saying, This is neither am accusation nor a confession, and least of all an adventure..for death is not an adventure. For those who stand face to face with it~ Erich Maria Remaroue.
The quotation itself give chills to the audience and dusts off the fog of taking war as a normal face off. The movie shows an eager soldier, Paul Bäumer (Felix Kammerer) who is very much excited to see a war and be a fighter in it. The story is filmed in the time of World War 1. But things seem tougher day by day to him. All rotten dead bodies around, the panic and havoc created all around, the lack of fresh air of peace and danger from anywhere at any moment gives the actual scenario of a war to Paul.
No sooner a time comes when he and his team members get attacked but also get in a belief of something evil to come. Looking at the concept of story, it gave the narrative same of John Brown by Bob Dylan. A war where you have swords on people you’ve never seen before, blood shedding all around, dead bodies lying dead with no fault and question whether you will be alive or not till the end of this.
Edward Berger has truly given a masterpiece of action, drama and chills to audience this time which has took the film to the list of Oscar nominations for 2023.
