Chris Rock Tapped To Be The First Comedian To Perform Live On Netflix

Comedian Chris Rock is all set to be the first funny man to perform live on Netflix.

This news was confirmed by Robbie Praw, the vice president of stand up and comedy formats.

The 57 year old comedian will set a record when he performs in yet to be titled comedy specials in the coming year 2023, as per the reports.

Chris being the most appreciated comedic voices of this generation, people are eager to see his live performance. To this Robbie said – “ This will be an honored moment and we are glad, Chris is the core reason behind it .”

Rock appeared on Netflix in last 2018 in his special stand up comedy “Chris Rock- Tamborine” .

Therefore, previously he was seen last year in not so known clash at Oscars with  Will Smith. The spark came to his career after he cracked a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith, Will’s wife and showcased his behaviour as astonishing, painful and inexcusable.
